Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Digital Products:
- Refunds are provided if the digital product does not work as intended or if there is a technical error that cannot be resolved after review.
- Services (Projects):
- Refunds for down payments are allowed only within 24 hours of payment.
- Once a project is completed, refunds are not offered.
Case-by-Case Evaluation
All refund requests are assessed individually. If an error or issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, updates, or exchanges, a refund will be issued.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Partial refunds are not available.
- Refunds are not offered for completed projects.
- Customers canceling hosting or subscription plans will not incur penalties or deductions, but prepaid amounts are non-refundable.
Cancellations
- Hosting and subscription plans can be canceled at any time without penalties.
Resolution Process
Before a refund is issued, we will:
- Offer an exchange, update, or fix for the product or service.
- Require proof of the error to validate the refund claim.
We do not require confirmation that a digital product is no longer in use before processing a refund.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued through Mobile Money Guyana (MMG) or bank transfer. The exact amount refunded will depend on the specific product or service in question.
No Additional Charges for Cancellations
If a project or service is canceled, we will charge for time or resources already spent.
