- Payment references: MMG phone or merchant ID, transaction IDs, invoices
We collect automatically:

- Cookies and similar tech for login, preferences, analytics, affiliate tracking
From third parties:
- Payment confirmations from MMG
- Analytics from Google services
- Referrals from affiliates
We do not store full bank or card details. MMG processes payments under its own terms.

7. Payments with MMG
For MMG checkouts we process order totals, your MMG reference and callback results. We store transaction IDs for reconciliation, refunds and support. MMG receives your payment data and handles it under its own privacy policy.
8. Hosting, domains and email
If we provide hosting or domains we process DNS records, server logs, email routing and related technical data to deliver and secure the service.
9. Sharing your data
We share only when needed:
- Service providers: hosting, email, analytics, support software
- Payment providers: MMG for payment processing
- Domain registries and registrars for domain actions
- Contractors under confidentiality for project delivery
- Authorities when required by law or to defend legal claims
- With your consent for testimonials or case studies
We do not sell personal data.
10. International transfers
Services we use may store data outside Guyana. We choose reputable providers and take reasonable steps to protect data during transfer and storage.
11. Data retention
- Client accounts and project files: while active, then archived for a limited period
- Orders, invoices and tax records: kept as required by law
- Backups: retained on rolling schedules
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete
When we no longer need data we delete or anonymise it.

We apply layered security: SSL, encryption in transit, access controls, 2FA on key systems, least-privilege accounts, monitoring, regular backups and recovery testing. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to prevent and respond to incidents.
13. Your rights
Subject to law you may:

- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete data where no longer needed
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Port data you provided in a usable format
