We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes or full bank account details. Stripe and MMG process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Payments with Stripe and MMG
We use payment providers to process payments securely.
For Stripe payments, we may process your name, email address, billing details, order total, subscription information, transaction ID, payment status, refund status and fraud prevention signals. Stripe processes card and payment details under its own privacy policy and security standards.
For MMG payments, we may process your order total, MMG phone number or reference, merchant reference, transaction ID, callback result and payment status. MMG processes payment data under its own terms and privacy policy.
We store payment references, transaction IDs and related billing records for reconciliation, refunds, failed payment handling, accounting, fraud prevention and support.
We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes or full bank account details on our own systems.
8. Domains, WHOIS and registry data
When you buy, renew, transfer or manage a domain through us, we may collect and process domain registration data. This may include the registrant name, organisation, address, phone number, email address, administrative contact, technical contact, billing contact, nameservers, DNS records and domain status.
We may share domain registration data with domain registries, registrars, registry operators, escrow providers, technical operators and other parties required to complete domain actions.
Some domain registration data may be made available through WHOIS, RDAP or similar lookup services according to registry rules, registrar rules and applicable law. Domain privacy or proxy services may be available for some domains but may not apply to every domain extension or situation.
9. Hosting and cPanel services
When we provide hosting or cPanel services, we may process technical data needed to deliver and secure the service. This may include cPanel usernames, website files, databases, DNS records, server logs, error logs, access logs, backup records, SSL records, bandwidth usage, storage usage, malware scan results and support information.
We may access hosting accounts only where needed for setup, support, maintenance, security, backup, migration, troubleshooting, legal compliance or service protection.
You are responsible for the content you upload to your hosting account and for ensuring that your own website users are given suitable privacy notices where required.
10. Email services using MXroute
When we provide email services using MXroute or related mail systems, we may process email service data needed to create, route, secure and support your email service. This may include mailbox names, aliases, domains, DNS records, SPF records, DKIM records, DMARC records, routing records, delivery logs, spam filtering records, authentication logs and support information.
Email content passes through email systems to deliver and secure the service. We do not monitor mailbox content for general business purposes. We may access email-related information only where needed for setup, support, security, abuse investigation, legal compliance or service protection.
Email services may be subject to MXroute’s own terms, policies and technical rules.
11. Sharing your data
We share personal data only when needed for valid business, service, legal or security purposes.
We may share data with:
Payment providers, including Stripe and MMG
Domain registries, registrars, registry operators and technical domain service providers
Hosting providers, server providers, cPanel-related service providers, DNS providers and security providers
Email service providers, including MXroute and related mail delivery or filtering systems
Accounting, legal, compliance, tax and professional advisers
Authorities, regulators, courts or law enforcement where required by law or where necessary to protect legal rights
Other parties with your consent, including for testimonials, case studies or public project showcases
We do not sell personal data.
12. International transfers
Some providers we use may store or process data outside Guyana. This may include payment providers, hosting providers, domain registries, email providers, analytics providers, support tools and cloud services.
Where data is transferred internationally, we use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to protect personal data during transfer, storage and processing.
13. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, accounting, security or contractual reasons.
Typical retention periods include:
Client accounts and project files are kept while the account or project is active, then archived for a limited period
Orders, invoices, payment records, subscription records and tax records are kept as required for accounting, legal and business purposes
Domain records are kept while the domain is active and for a reasonable period after expiry, transfer or cancellation
Hosting and email logs are kept for operational, security, support and abuse prevention purposes according to rolling schedules
Backups are retained on rolling schedules and may contain older copies of data until replaced or deleted
Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or ask us to delete it where deletion is legally possible
When we no longer need data, we delete, anonymise or securely archive it.
14. Security
We use layered security measures to protect personal data and service data. These measures may include SSL, encryption in transit, secure payment providers, access controls, 2FA on key systems, least-privilege access, monitoring, audit logs, malware protection, backups, recovery testing and staff or contractor access restrictions.
No system is perfectly secure. We work to prevent, detect and respond to security incidents, unauthorised access, fraud, abuse and service misuse.
You are responsible for keeping your own account passwords, email passwords, hosting passwords and administrator accounts secure.

16. Client responsibilities
Where we build or host a website, online store, portal, form, checkout or email system for you, you may also collect personal data from your own users, customers, staff or vendors.
You are responsible for ensuring that your own privacy notices, consent notices, cookie notices, terms, security practices and legal requirements are suitable for your business. We may assist with technical setup but we are not responsible for your legal compliance unless agreed in writing.

Our services are intended for businesses, organisations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Our website, client portals, checkout pages or services may link to third-party websites, platforms, payment providers, domain services, hosting tools, email tools or other external services.
