Hosting Service Policy

Version 2026-10-09 · Effective 9 October 2026

This policy covers website hosting supplied by Revamped GY. It supplements our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Your hosting service

Your order specifies the hosting plan, resources, service period and included support. Domain registration, email hosting, website development and maintenance are separate services unless your order expressly includes them. Control-panel features depend on the allocated plan and infrastructure.

2. Content and permitted use

You must have authority to publish your website content and operate its services. You remain responsible for your products, visitor information, copyright permissions and regulatory obligations.

Do not host phishing pages, scams, malware, stolen information, child exploitation material or unlawful content. Do not use hosting for attacks, public open proxies, cryptocurrency mining or unsolicited email. Software licences must permit your use. Email included with hosting is also subject to the Email Service & Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Capacity and fair use

Observe the storage, bandwidth, file-count, processor, memory and connection limits applicable to your plan. A plan without a stated traffic allowance still has technical resource limits. Do not use website hosting primarily as a backup repository, file-sharing service or general cloud-storage system.

Applications must avoid runaway tasks, excessive database activity and unnecessary duplicate archives. Where an account affects server stability, we may limit the affected activity while investigating. Sustained workloads may need optimisation or a different plan. We will identify the required change and quote any additional cost before an optional upgrade.

4. Security and maintenance

Keep administrator access, plugins, themes and application dependencies secure. Remove unused software and protect forms and uploads. Tell us promptly about suspected compromise. Where maintenance is included in your order, the agreed scope defines which updates we carry out.

We may perform platform maintenance, security updates and emergency isolation. We may act without advance notice where waiting would create a material risk. A server move may require DNS or application configuration changes, which we will communicate where relevant.

5. Backups and restoration

Keep independent, current copies of important files and databases. Plan backups are a recovery aid and should not be treated as guaranteed or permanent storage. Suspended or closed accounts may no longer have usable backups. Check the available recovery points before relying on a restore.

Restoration can replace newer changes. We will agree the target and recovery point before a planned restore. Any charge for additional recovery work must be disclosed before that work is authorised.

6. Availability and support

We provide support through contact@revamped.gy. Report the affected address, time, action and error. Do not email passwords. Response times and any service credits are governed by a separately agreed support arrangement. No uptime percentage or additional compensation is promised unless it is stated in your agreed service terms.

DNS, external integrations, customer devices and internet connections can affect access independently of the hosting server. We will distinguish those conditions when investigating.

7. Billing, suspension and leaving

The price, tax, renewal date and payment method are those shown in your order and account. Automatic payment requires the applicable billing agreement. Cancelling future renewal does not itself request immediate deletion of the current website.

Non-payment, credible abuse or an unresolved security risk may result in restrictions under our Terms of Service. We will explain remedial steps where practical. Do not rely on a suspended account as a backup.

Ask for export assistance before closure and preserve the data you need. Transfer timing and scope depend on the application and available access. Closing hosting does not automatically transfer or cancel a separately registered domain. We will confirm the services covered by a closure request.

8. Privacy and changes

We process data needed to provide, secure and support hosting under our Privacy Policy. Customers are responsible for notices and permissions covering their own visitors and users. Material policy changes will be identified by version and communicated to affected customers. Existing statutory rights and the agreed order terms remain applicable.
