Email storage is shared across all mailboxes in the package. Starter provides 10 GB for up to 10 mailboxes, Business provides 20 GB for up to 20 and Pro provides 50 GB for up to 50. Each of these plans supports one connected email domain. Domain registration and renewal are separate charges.
A mailbox has its own inbox and sign-in. A forwarder sends received messages to another address and does not add storage. Domain pointers are aliases within the provider’s configured limits. Customers complete domain verification, DNS and mailbox setup in the email panel. Managed migration, staff-device configuration and continuing support are separate services with an agreed scope and quote.
