3. Types of abuse we investigate
We may investigate reports involving:
Phishing or fake login pages
Malware, viruses or harmful downloads
Spam or bulk email abuse
Email spoofing, fraudulent messages or impersonation
Botnet, command-and-control or network abuse
Hacking, unauthorised access or credential theft

4. Information to include in your report
To help us review the issue quickly, please include as much detail as possible.
Your report should include:
The domain name, website URL, email address, IP address or service involved
A clear description of the abuse
The date and time you observed the issue, including your time zone
Screenshots, email headers, server logs, links or other evidence
For phishing reports, the full phishing URL and the brand or organisation being impersonated
For spam reports, the full email headers and message content where possible
For malware reports, the affected URL and any security scan results
For copyright or trademark complaints, proof that you own or represent the rights involved
Your name, organisation and contact email address
Reports with clear evidence are easier to assess and process.
5. Email abuse reports
For spam, phishing, spoofing or email abuse, please include the full email headers. Full headers help us identify the sending server, route, authentication result and possible source of abuse.
A forwarded email without headers may not provide enough information for us to investigate properly.
If the abuse involves a mailbox hosted through our email services, include the mailbox address and any relevant timestamps.
6. Domain abuse reports
For domain abuse reports, include the domain name and explain how the domain is being used for abuse.
Please note that a domain name alone may not mean Revamped GY hosts the website, controls the content or operates the email service. In some cases, we may only be the domain seller, registrar partner or technical contact.
Where we have the ability and authority to act, we may investigate and take action. Where another provider controls the hosting, email or website content, we may direct you to the correct provider where possible.
7. Hosting abuse reports
For hosting abuse reports, include the affected URL, IP address, screenshots, logs or other evidence.
If the report involves malware, phishing, illegal content, excessive resource abuse or unauthorised access, we may suspend the affected service while we investigate.
Where suitable, we may contact the client and require them to remove, repair or secure the affected content.
8. Child sexual abuse material
If your report involves child sexual abuse material or exploitation, clearly state this in the subject line and include only the information needed to identify the content.
Do not send, copy or attach illegal material.
We may remove or disable access to the content and report the matter to the relevant authorities or appropriate reporting bodies.
9. Copyright and trademark complaints
For copyright or trademark complaints, please include:
The protected work, brand, mark or content involved
Proof that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the rights holder
The exact URL, domain or page where the alleged infringement appears
A description of the issue
Your contact details
A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate
We may request additional information before taking action.
10. What happens after you report abuse
After receiving an abuse report, we may:
Review the evidence provided
Check relevant logs, DNS records, hosting records, email records or account records
Contact the client or account holder where appropriate
Suspend, restrict or disable affected services
Remove or request removal of abusive content where we have control
Lock, suspend or escalate a domain issue where allowed by registry or registrar rules
Block email sending or disable a compromised mailbox
Report serious matters to relevant authorities
Reject the report if there is not enough evidence or if the issue is outside our control
We aim to review abuse reports as soon as reasonably possible. Urgent security, phishing, malware and child safety reports are prioritised.
11. Actions we may take
Depending on the severity and evidence, we may take one or more of the following actions:
Warn the client or account holder
Require content removal or correction
Require password resets or security fixes
Suspend hosting, email or related services
Disable a mailbox or email sending
Restrict DNS, domain or account functions
Terminate services for serious or repeated abuse
Preserve relevant records where legally required or operationally necessary
Refer the matter to the relevant provider, registry, registrar, payment provider or authority
We decide the appropriate action based on the evidence, service involved, legal requirements, provider rules and our Terms of Service.
12. Matters outside our control
We may not be able to remove or disable content where Revamped GY does not host, manage or control the service involved.
For example, we may not control:
A website hosted by another hosting provider
Email sent through another mail provider
Content published on a third-party platform
A domain registered elsewhere
A DNS record managed outside our systems
In those cases, you may need to contact the hosting provider, email provider, platform, registrar, registry or relevant authority.
13. False or abusive reports
Please submit reports in good faith.
We may reject reports that are false, misleading, incomplete, abusive, malicious or intended to harm a lawful client or service.
Repeated false reports may be ignored or blocked.
14. Privacy and confidentiality
We handle abuse reports according to our Privacy Policy.
We may share report details with the affected client, service provider, domain registry, registrar, hosting provider, email provider, payment provider, legal adviser or authority where needed to investigate, respond or comply with legal obligations.
We do not guarantee that every report will receive a detailed response, especially where doing so may affect security, privacy or an active investigation.
15. Law enforcement and legal requests
Law enforcement, regulators, courts and authorised government bodies may contact us through:
Legal requests should include clear identification, official contact details, the legal basis for the request, the specific domain, account, URL, email address or service involved and the exact information or action requested.
