2. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use Revamped GY hosting services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:
- Hosting malware or malicious software.
- Distributing copyrighted material without permission.
- Hosting websites promoting illegal activities, hate speech, or violence.
- Hosting websites distributing pornography
3. Payment Terms
- Payments are required before and after project completion.
- Final deliverables will only be handed over once all payments are cleared.
4. Service Timelines
- Project timelines are estimated averages and are not guaranteed due to potential unforeseen factors.
- Clients will be notified of significant changes to timelines.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations should be communicated as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary work.
- Projects can be canceled if the client no longer needs the service or agrees to pay the completed portion of the work.
- No refunds are provided for down payments after 24 hours.
6. Intellectual Property
- Clients own all intellectual property rights to the completed project.
- Revamped GY retains the right to edit, move, or delete work for maintenance, upgrades, or compliance purposes.
7. Amendments to Terms
- Revamped GY reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.
- Major updates will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.
- Minor updates may not always be communicated directly.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will be addressed on a case-by-case basis depending on their severity.
